Preform mould supplier

Sino PK is well known in China for its various prefrom mould design, prefrom mould components machining process, prefrom mould mass production and prefrom mould manufacturing ect. About all, we just want to improve high speed injection and prelong prefrom mould running life.
perform mould feature:
1. there are 4 cavities up to 72 cavities on PET prefrom mould, though our hard work, up to now, we can improve 128 cavities prefrom mould.
2. Stavax S420 made in Sweden, stainless, heat treatment with HRC50±2
3. Advanced hot runner design and even heating temperature make sure the high quality of plastic products.
4. In order to reduce the cycle time, Sino PK choose the cooling system of the perform mould meanwhile we designed one special vice cavities which can make the perform cooling in outside of the mould, this can reduce the cycle time for 10s.
5. It does not work when something wrong happened , what shall we do? In the old days, the preform molding has to be stopped and we have to release the preform mold from the molding machine to disassemble it for components changing. This will cost a lot of time and dangerous, but our company has solved most of the components can be changed on the molding machine, in this way, we avoid preform molding production time losing and keep the maintenance become very convenient.
6. Preform mould value gate is also very important, Sino PK make a special value gate to avoid the materials leakage.
We adapted this kind of machine to manufacture PET preform mould and PP preform mould , besides , we also supply cap mould, like, closure mould, top flip cap, shampoo cap mould, water cap mould, juice cap mould, toothpaste cap mould, oil cap moulds, unscrewing cap moulds and multi-cavity cap moulds etc.
